Our Plans - Overview

Every client starts somewhere different. Some bring us a list of needs and let us design from scratch. Others arrive with a plan they already love. Many come to us only after combing through thousands of plans and feeling lost.

The drawings and renderings below show what's possible — a glimpse of how we work and the kind of homes and spaces we can design for and with you, whatever your starting point. We use a range of design and rendering software to help pull the image in your mind out, and translate it into something real. This helps you visualize your space before the first material is ever ordered. For example, the video walkthrough of the Solution Services Head Office below is built from real site photos, while The Citadel plan is based on renderings from Chief Architect, our 3D design software.

Only some designs can be shared here out of respect for our clients' privacy, and only with their given permission. Our clients’ work always comes first, so this page grows quite slowly over time.
