The Blackrock Homes and Commercial building process is unlike anything you have experienced before. We are a full-service boutique builder specializing in acreage and commercial construction. This means that we handle everything from the initial drafting of your plans and budget, to ensuring your lawn is freshly mowed for the first time upon possession.
We use professional-grade 3D architectural software in combination with either in-person or remote meetings to design your building plans and specifications with you. Our budgeting, specifications, scheduling and service coordination are all managed online, and each client can access a unique project portal if they choose. This lets you follow your project in real time and provides unrivalled transparency throughout the building process.
