The Rundle is a custom bungalow we designed for a client east of Grande Prairie. The exterior makes a bold first impression, with dark vertical siding anchored by a striking stone chimney and warmed by natural timber accents at the gables and garage. Inside, the open concept layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces into one bright, easy-flowing heart of the home, while a fully finished basement doubles the living space for family and guests. A generous screened patio extends off the main living area, offering a sheltered outdoor retreat — a home with commanding presence outside and relaxed, comfortable living within.
