The Wapiti Residence

The Wapiti Residence is a private custom home we designed for a client south of Grande Prairie. Designed entirely on one level, the home pairs effortless single-floor living with refined finishes throughout — decorative heated concrete floors underfoot and tongue and groove wood ceiling accents overhead adding warmth and texture to the open interior. Outside, a vertical board and batten Hardie board exterior gives the home a clean, timeless character. A screened patio extends the living space outdoors, backing directly onto the in-ground pool and creating a private, sheltered retreat for enjoying the property in every season.
